GENERAL INFORMATION

Displayed prices are for wiggle merch designed by Aerlya Graphics only! Please use custom request for different types of merch and/or custom artwork. Merch types and quantity can be modified upon request! Any additional costs incurred will be invoiced separately via PayPal.

PROCESS

  1. Upon purchase, you will be charged a 10% upfront payment. Please send your character reference and request details to contact@aerlyagraphics.com, including your order number.

  2. Your design will be created within 5 business days and sent to you for approval.

  3. Up to 3 edits can be requested on the design. Once approved and finalized, an invoice for the remainder payment will be sent.

  4. Upon receipt of payment, production will start and an estimated timeline will be provided.

  5. Updates on production will be provided until the product(s) is(are) ready.

  6. Once your merch arrives on site, Aerlya Graphics will proceed to do a final quality check before getting everything set up for your store release!

GENERAL TERMS

  • Aerlya Graphics reserves the right to decline requests if the design cannot be made for any reason. If so, the buyer will be issued a full refund immediately.

  • The buyer/creator will receive production cost + 40% of profit for every share.
  • Upon store release, if there are no sales for 6 consecutive months, the products will go on sale and profit share will be reduced to 20%. After 12 consecutive months without sales, the creator will no longer be eligible to receiving profit share.

  • Payouts are issued monthly as long as there is at least 1 sale within the 1-month period. Payouts are issued on the last day of the month via PayPal.

  • Bonus perk! If your merch sells out, you will receive a free matching animated wiggle emote.
