Refund policy
All orders are final once shipped. Returns are not accepted. Exchnges are not accepted unless the wrong products were sent.
To request a refund or exchange, please contact me at contact@aerlyagraphics.com and I'll do my best to help you out!
Damaged package
Aerlya Graphics is not responsible for damage caused to the item(s) during shipping. All orders are packed with care and enough protective material to protect the goods from minor damage but Aerlya Graphics has no power over how postal services handle packages.
If you receive your order damaged, be sure to decline it on delivery and file a complaint to your shipping company.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available before the order is shipped out. If you would like to make a change to your order, please contact me as soon as possible.
Exchanges will no longer be accepted once the order has shipped.
Missing / Wrong items
If you receive an incorrect order and any item is missing or isn't what you ordered, please contact me and provide a picture of the package and its contents. I will be sending the missing/correct items at no cost and the wrong items will not have to be returned.
