Can I get my own wiggle design?
Yes! If it's merch you're interested in, I'm looking for Vtubers to collab with to expand my wiggle pin collection! Please contact me if interested.

Where is the store based?
In Bretagne, France.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn't been shipped out yet, you will be eligible to cancelling your order and will receive a refund (excluding fees).
If the package is already shipped, cancellation or return will not be accepted.
What is a preorder item?
Preorder items are items that have not been made yet or are in the process of production/restocking. If your order contains a preorder item, shipping may be delayed. Please be sure to order preorder items and regular items separately if you wish to receive your order faster!
Will there be additional fees?
You, as a client, are responsible for any customs fees. Fees vary based on every country. Please be sure to inform yourself before placing your order to avoid unexpected additional costs.
Aerlya Graphics is not liable for any customs fees that may be charged upon arrival.
How long until I receive my order?
When your order ships, estimated shipping times are as follows :
- France : 2-3 business days
- Europe : 7-14 business days
- International : 14-28 business days
There may be delays that are out of my control. Please be sure to keep an eye on your tracking regularly!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, shipping is available worldwide! Some countries may not be available due to restrictions but will be added as soon as possible!
Can I edit my shipping information?
If you haven't received a shipping notification yet, you may contact me to edit your shipping information. If the package was already sent, shipping information can no longer be edited. You will be eligible to a partial refund (excluding shipping) if the package comes back in initial condition.
Does shipping always include a tracking number?
Yes! To ensure every package arrives safely, every order will include a tracking number. If any issue arises during shipping, I will help you to the best of my ability.
My order arrived damaged, what can I do?
Orders are carefully hand-packed and I do my best to make sure the contents of each package is as safe as possible from any possible damage.
Unfortunately, handling during shipping is out of my control and I am unable to offer a replacement or refund for such cases. Please be sure to double check your package before accepting it and decline it and file a complaint if you notice your package arrives damaged.
My order is lost, what can I do?
Unfortunately, I have very little power over what happens to packages once they leave the country. If your package is marked as lost, please contact me and I will reach out to my post services to see if they are able to help or refund you for shipping. Full refunds or replacements are not available for such cases.
