Updates on shipping and wiggle pins [October 2026]

Hello everyone!

As most of you probably know by now, I had to interrupt shipping to the US due to multiple reasons (tariffs, increased prices and new regulations coming with even more extra steps to send pins out) so I wanted to expand a little bit on the current situation and what's coming next.

What's happening now?

As of right now, I'm pulling back from making wiggle pins by myself and/or doing them as permitted fan-merch as it has become too difficult to handle by myself. This is (hopefuly) not permanent! When I have a safe way to ensure I can import them, and/or better shipping rates for the US, they will 100% return. 

Shipping prices and transit times were also updated to reflect the correct times and prices. For anyone having any issue with their package, you can always reach out at contact@aerlyagraphics.com with your order number for help. Please note that untracked packages are only eligible to a refund (excluding shipping unless the package is returned) after 45 days.

I'm a creator and I would like to collab to make a wiggle pin!

For creators who would like to collab, if your audience is primarily US-based, for the time being I will have to decline for the reasons mentioned above. However if you believe your audience is not primarily US-based and you can get a campaign funded for your own wiggle pin without US sales, I'm more than happy to work together still! Is US shipping interrupted entirely?

At the moment, US shipping is still very pricey but it only excludes any enamel pin products (that includes bundles that contain a pin). Every other product type is available to US customers.

Are there any ways we can help?

You can! If you're US-based, you can still purchase any product that isn't an enamel pin. I will be slowly working towards a new type of product that can be shipped out to everyone. Nothing's changed for every other country so currently available products including pins remain available for non US-buyers.

I also have commissions open on my website and on VGen, as well as YCH services to get your own wiggle merch (only keychains at the moment) and Gacha merch available on ACGGoods!

Lastly, spreading the word and sharing my work, be it my stores, website or the art I post on social media is always a huge boost.

I've received an incredible amount of support throughout the years and following my announcement on Twitter/X recently, I've been shown once again that there are still a lot of people out there that make this whole thing worth fighting for. I will continue to do my best with this and I hope to see you again soon!
